Where are Hello Bride's wedding dresses made?

All our wedding dresses are proudly designed and sewn in Istanbul, where we source some of the finest quality fabrics from Europe and develop them with our team.

What is the price range of Hello Bride wedding dress?

Our wedding dress retail price ranges from approximately $1,900 to $2,650 USD. Please note that our wedding dress's cost may differ depending on location due to exchange rates, shipping, and import duties/taxes.

What size bridal gowns do you carry?

We can make any size! Our standard size chart is true to street sizing however, we happily offer a made-to-measure option for you!

How do I know what size to order?

Your consultant can definitely help you make this decision. All retailers have been provided with size charts and the necessary information to make a confident and informed decision.

Can I order bridal gowns online or purchase directly?

Yes, you can! But, -we prefer- you should contact with your nearest retailer. That way, you can try on the gown and have measurements taken. If the closest boutique does not carry the style you have your heart set on. Most of our gowns are made to order, they are not available to purchase online.

Are rush orders an option?

If your wedding date is sooner than our standard production time (12 weeks), there are rush options available for an additional fee. We are typically able to accommodate shorter lead times on all silk gowns, but sometimes embroidered styles require a bit more time.

Do you ever have sample sales?

Yes! Sometimes, we’re selling previous season bridal gowns or wedding separates. Please contact us on Instagram.

Can i customize your bridal gowns?

Many of our gowns have the option to lengthen the hem or train should you require this customization. If you are looking for a tailored or customized gown that is not suggested online, please email hellobrideistanbul@gmail.com

Do you have pre-order?

Yes, we have! Preorders are a limited-time opportunity to order ahead of anyone else. They also include some unique pieces from the collection that might never make it to retail. We will deliver these pieces as soon as they are ready.

Do you deliver the world wide?

Yes, we ship globally! We’re working with local or global partners like TNT, DHL or USPS.

Do you accept returns on online orders?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
